You may not canvass anyone that is advertising or posting on this site. Anyone found to do so will be charged £100.00 + vat per person or organisation that they canvass.
Copyright
In submitting material to us for publication, you assign us world-wide copyright and indemnify us against all claims in respect of any alleged infringement of copyright, trademark or design and in respect of any passing off or slander or title dispute, however it arises.
Content
Advertisements are accepted and published by Denttech in good faith. No responsibility is accepted for the content and you are advised to make your own enquiries regarding the validity of any information appearing on this site.
Discrimination
No advertisements will be accepted that the Editor considers indecent, offensive or discriminatory or that contravene the Race Relations Act 1976 or the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (as amended). This includes but is not limited to colour, ethnic origins, nationality, race, religion, politics, sex or sexual orientation.

The adverts will remain on this site for 3 months. As new adverts are added your advert will drop down the site and after 3 months be deleted. See Re-Charging your Advert.
Editorial control/discretion
Denttech reserve the right to refuse, amend, add to or remove advertisements. When an advert is submitted more than once, we will use the most recent version. We may use your company name on our web site, or in our literature, as a past advertiser. We may reproduce your comments, with or without identifying details, as we see fit. We may withdraw this web site and/or terminate service without notice or liability.
Force majeure
While we take every care, we do not accept liability for any loss caused by the failure of any advertisement to appear or appear correctly. If your advert contains any errors and/or omissions then these will be corrected free of charge.
Both parties shall be released from their respective obligations in the event of force majeure, national emergency, war, prohibitive governmental regulations or if any other cause beyond the control of the parties shall render the performance of this agreement impossible.

Payment
All advertising must be paid in advance inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) @ 17.5%. Your advertisement will appear on our web site within 24 hours of payment being taken.
Re-Charging Adverts
If you wish to re-charge your advert and get it back to the top of the page then simply press the re-charge button and follow the online instructions and your advert will go back to the top of the page for a small fee. You will need your password to do this.

Relevant English Law
The version of these terms at our registered address shall be the relevant version. These terms are subject to change without notice. Changes will be uploaded to the web site within 24 hours. Use of this web site implies acceptance of these terms, which shall be construed as an English Contract subject to English Law.

Please quote your advert Ref Number and date originally posted and email it to info@denttech.co.uk. Suitability
You must satisfy yourself that an applicant holds any necessary qualifications to work in the field of dental technology or in the UK. No liability of any kind is accepted for false, inaccurate or incomplete information supplied to us that may be displayed on the site.
