New Users Help

We have recently updated this web site and upgraded the listings database - this means that even if you previously registered with us - you will need to re-register with us again. While the new database is being populated - you can still access the 'old' Denttech site and listings.

We need you to fully complete the Registration Form, if you don't you may not be able to gain access to the listings or place an advert.

We absolutely, categorically DO NOT pass on your details to any third-party - the information is only used by us in the usage of this site.

How to complete the Registration Form (all fields marked * are mandatory)

1. You must have 'Cookies' enabled to Register. To do this in Internet Explorer click on Tools > Internet Options > Privacy Tab > Advanced. Place a tick in 'Overide automatic cookie handling' checkbox and make sure the 'Accept' radio buttons are selected in First-party and Third-party Cookies. Finally tick the 'Always allow session cookies' checkbox. Click OK and Apply and then click OK to close Internet Options. Please note IE settings are changed at customer's own risk.
2. Username* - you will need to create a username that you can use to 'login' to the site with, i.e. if your name is Tom Smith you could create a username called TSMITH. Use a username that you can remember. If the username you wish to use is already being used by someone else - you will be prompted to try another, i.e. TSMITH01.
3. Password*- you will need to create and confirm a password, again use a password that you can remember
4. First Name* - Please enter your given first/christian name
5. Last Name* - Please enter your Surname
6. E-Mail* - Very, very important that you input this correctly - if you make a mistake and mistype your email address you will not receive your confirmation email - and you will NOT be able to access the site listings or place an advert. If you have AOL email address - please see the note at the bottom of the page [click here]
   
7. Add to Mail list - We occasionally may send out a newsletter informing you of any job oppoertinies etc. If you wish to be added to our mailing list, tick this box.
8. Web Site - Optional field - only add this if you wish
9. Company* - Another mandatory field - give your company name or the company you work for. If you are unemployed just type 'Non Applicable'
10. Phone* - We must have your main contact phone number - preferably this should be a landline number - not a mobile.
11. Mobile Phone - Optional field - only add this if you wish - it can be useful to give a second contact number in case we need to contact you.
12. Fax - Optional field - only add this if you wish.
13. Address* - Enter your house name/number and your street/road along with any postal area information.
14. City* - Enter the City or Town where you live.
15. County/State* - Enter the County or State in which you live.
16. Postcode* - Enter your Postcode/Zipcode.
17. Country* - Enter the Country in which you live.
18. How did you find us?* - Very important as it tells us how you found us and helps make sure that we are advertising in the right places.
19. I agree to the terms and conditions* - you must agree to our Terms and Conditions before you can use our site - please read through before ticking the box.
20. Submit Registration - Once you have fully completed the form you must click on the 'Submit Registration' button.
21. Finished (nearly!) - Once you have clicked the 'Submit Registration' button you will see the 'Thank you for registering' page. At the same time an automated email will be sent to the email address you gave us. Within the email is a link - YOU MUST CLICK THIS LINK to confrim your details and to gain access to the site.
22. If you don't receive your confirmation email - then this means you must have given us an incorrect email adress - either re-register with a different username or email us at webmaster@denttech.co.uk giving us the username you used and your name.
23. Please note, anyone giving bogus or false information will be deleted from the system and may be prevented from re-registering (we log your IP address for security purposes).

NOTES

AOL Users please note that AOL, for reasons known only to them, are blocking the confirmation email we send out to you when you register with us. You will need to logon to your AOL account and unblock the domain 'denttech.co.uk'. If you are unable to do this then either use a different email address to register (i.e. HotMail) or email us at webmaster@denttech.co.uk once you have registered and we will activate your account.
